
For immediate release! I am starting a "Carnivale of Customer Service" which will be held weekly. For those of you who aren't familiar with a carnival, it is basically a "linkfest" where someone posts links to other bloggers who have agreed to participate in the carnival. The host for the week picks a specific issue or subject to talk about or simply welcomes "open posts" related to the main topic.
