This what my boyfriend says when I tell him that he doesn't say "I love you" enough. (Sound familiar, guys?) And for some customers, this is the philosophy they believe when it comes to doing business with a company. Personally, I like to be told that I'm a valued customer, if it is coming from the heart of someone who is genuine.
But more often than not, there are words that are splattered across marketing materials and scripted for salespeople to tell their customers. CRM Mastery E-Journal points us out to an article about five words you should not use in advertising.
So, if you don't use these words...then what words do you use to let customers know that you are worthy to do business with? Of course you're going to walk-the-walk when it comes to actually helping these customers and give them over-the-top service, but in the very beginning, how do you even get them to say, "Yes, I'll do business with you"? This is probably more a question for marketers...but I welcome any comments here!
