
This past week I broke down and started watching TV again. I had stopped watching because I wanted to focus more on my writing and was simply sick of all the stupid - for lack of a better word - commercials that are being aired nowadays.
Anyhow, I noticed that T-Mobile is still airing that commercial claiming that they have the best customer service according to J.D. Powers and Associates. I'm reminded of some complaints I've read online about T-Mobile...which led me to wonder - Is there one company out there that can say that they are CONSISTENT when it comes to providing excellent customer service? I can tell you that Nordstrom, the company that prides itself on phenomenal customer service, does not provide consistent service in ALL their stores. When I worked at Nordstrom I would hear stories from customers that didn't like the service they received in another Nordstrom store.
I'm looking for just one company that can say that ALL their customers are satisfied...Any votes?








I posted bits and pieces about T-Mobile on Service Untitled. I think it's actually the only company I've ever mentioned specifically.

From my experience, the service is pretty good. It's not amazing, but it isn't bad at all. People are nice, speak English, and answer the phone.
