
Ms. Zensufi tells a very delightful story which I must (absolutely must!) share with you. Pay attention, car salespeople, managers, and owners, this is definitely a story one should read :) Click here for Ms. Zensufi's version, or read my condensed version below...
This company paid for Ms. Zensufi to fly down to their car dealership so that she could have the car she dreamed about. Apparently no dealership in Northern California had what she wanted, so being the resourceful person that Ms. Zensufi is, went on the internet to hunt for her car. One call later and she was on a plane to Southern California where she was met by a rep of the dealership. Whip - bam - boom - Ms. Zensufi had her car followed by a phone call, a lovely thank you card, and a "tin of yummy cookies".
Now that's service!
