
I always get that "warm and fuzzy" feeling when I read great service stories. Lisa over at The Customer View shares with us her story (found via QAQnA) that gives me much hope for this world and reminds me that, no, customer service is not "dead".
The man in her story displays the true meaning of service and takes pride and ownership in his work. You can tell that this man loves what he does and truly cares for his fellow human being.... All you have to do is care and you'll have no trouble providing exceptional customer service. It really is as simple as that!
