
There's a blog that I'm addicted to: Darren Rowse's "ProBlogger Blog Tips". I read this blog every other day and come away with that much more knowledge about making money with blogging. I wish there was more time to read all of his posts, but it's just not possible with my own blogging that I have to do! I've dubbed Darren the "Six Figure Blogger", although I'm just assuming he does make that much money. Highly likely (wink).
So, what does this have to do with customer service you say...
Well, essentially, I am a customer (reader) of Darren's blog (his business) and right now I'm telling you that I've become one of his evangelists - spreading the news about his awesome blog. Darren is a prolific writer and provides his customers (fellow bloggers) with a wealth of resources that they can incorporate into their own business or blog. As an online business owner you must be knowledgeable about the products you sell and be able to educate your customers about your product or industry. Darren does a great job of this with regards to the blogging arena.
Thanks, Darren... blog on!
Lesson for the day: If you want to really make money in business like Darren Rowse does, get your customers addicted to your service/product!
