
If you could pick one, which would you prefer: an airline that boasts
that it has one of the most "on-time" flight schedules or the airline that provides exceptional customer service?
Well, I found out via The Airline Hub that US Airways ranks one of the highest in on-time flights, but ranks the lowest in customer service.
It's somewhat hard to choose because I would certainly like to arrive on time to my destination, especially if I have another plane to catch. However, as you know, I value customer service as well.
However way you look at it, arriving on time is part of exceptional customer service, right?

I'll never run through an airport (no matter what suggestions the CSR has given me), and I always bring a book. People watching is a favorite past time.
I'll vote for customer service. I agree that on-time is part of that service, but good service no matter what is a key.
