
What would you do if someone calls you wanting to return a product but has absolutely no proof that they had purchased the item from you?
This is the dilemma that The Customer Service Fanatic faced. The
customer is screaming at you on the phone...what do you do? It's a tough situation to be in. Most customers understand that if they don't have proof, they can't return it. But there are those very few that outright demand that you return it, even to go as far as threatening you with a lawyer and reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.
If that's the case and the product doesn't cost that much, I say do the return. I could do without the headache and besides, it's a rare occasion.
