you'll allow me to be fashionably late...
I just came across this first site. Subsequently, this blog was asking for comments, so here goes...
Blog: Hotels! A Management's Point of View
1) I like that there are topics covering customer service
2) I love the masthead - very well designed
3) The posts end with a question which initiates conversation with the reader
Tip: As a blogger, it's important to post frequently, especially for information-hungry people like me!

2) Posts are organized and focused on customer service principles and nothing else
3) The author now allows comments and trackbacks - yeah!
Tip: I'm a visual person, so it's sometimes nice to see a graphic now and then. That's just me...
CRM Mastery E-Journal
1) I love that this blog is my one-stop source for everything CRM. I can get all the news in one place
2) I just discovered that my blog is linked there (thanks!)
3) Provides a plethora of free resources, links, and information - not just on CRM, but customer service as well (Yes, there is a difference!)
Tip: I've sat here for five minutes and I can't seem to come up with a tip. It's just a great blog, period.
