
Yes, we've all had our share of customers from hell. There was a time when I thought I had an invisible sign on my head that said "Abuse Me" because it seemed that every customer I helped felt the need to make my job extremely difficult.
But I've learned to be more compassionate toward these "challenging" customers. I know that everyone has issues in their life and some people have a hard time coping and take out their frusterations on other people. We're human - I understand this.
You just never know what a customer may be going through when they decide to "go off" on you. Take, for example, Jeri Cartwright's hair stylist who tells about a very adventurous day. Now, imagine trying to help someone who went through all of this in one day!
