
Today I was dreading the daily visit to my "Customer Service" folder in my Bloglines account. Must I have to sort through pages and pages of awful customer service stories?
Ah, but the diamond in the rough appears! (hear my sigh of relief....)
And lo and behold, it's a good customer service story by a happy Apple user!
Could it be?
Jason 'vanRijn' Kasper, a highly entertaining writer, tells us about Apple:
"... they really do a very nice job with serving their customers, and the loyalty that they gain as a result is something well-deserved."
Well, it's about time a happy Apple customer speaks up :)
