I called my phone company to pay my phone bill over the phone... After the customer service rep processed my transaction, I found an opportunity to ask her about her job.
"Can I ask you a couple questions?" I asked.
"Uh, how long is it going to take?" she answered.
"Just one or two minutes, do you have time?"
"Ok."
"Do you like your job?" I inquired.
"Yes," she replied without hesitation.
"Why do you like it?"
"Because I like helping people," she replied.
I thanked her for her time and when we got off the phone I pondered over her answer. I thought it was a good answer because you don't hear it very often. If you ask a barista why they like their job, the answer may be "Because I like to make coffee." If you had asked me why I like my job, I may have answered "Because I like to write." However, I'm beginning to learn that my writing has a deeper meaning and that I'm doing it to help people (at least I hope so!)
So, do you like helping people?

As you said in an earlier post, "Passion is..."
I guess I might counter with here, "...as passion does."
