Most successful business people started off as humble people with a dream and a $100 in their pocket....and if you are where I was back in the day, you may have started with negative $30K to your name!
But I had a dream...
I had a vision to be successful....
Don't we all have that vision?
I learned early in my customer service career that in order to achieve success, I needed to read about successful people and find a mentor to teach me their secrets. In all the customer service jobs that I worked at throughout college, I always seeked out that one person I could follow and learn from...that one person who was going to help me in my dream of being successful.
Pick one successful person at work that you admire and learn all you can about how they live out their dreams...It will certainly help speed the process to your success!

Mentoring is something that applies to anyone who wants to move their career forward.
It is even more important if you want to move your business forward. This is especially true with small businesses and professionals who are trying to pick their way to success.
Learning the ropes through the careful guidance of another cannot be bought. This applies to all aspects of a business including customer awareness through customer experience management.
