
My local Jamba Juice has a "Customer of the Week" board that posts pictures of their favorite or frequent customers. I asked the cashier how someone gets to become "Customer of the Week" and the reply was:
"You have to come every day...in the morning because that's when the award is given out."
That's a nice concept and all - recognizing your customers, but what about someone like me who frequents Jamba Juice in the afternoons? I want to feel special too!
What other company do you know that publicly recognizes its customers? Good idea or bad idea? What does it take to make you feel special?
