Do you have any programs put in place to gather feedback from you customers? If you don't, how do you know how your company is doing in terms of satisfying your customers? Or do you not even care about having happy customers? If that's the case, why are you still reading this?
I've always believed that you should pay no mind what others say about you...However, that isn't the case when it comes to running your business. Feedback is valuable information that you can use to help improve how you operate and treat your customers. Furthermore, when a customer offers negative feedback, don't blow it off and assume the feedback is not unwarranted.
Service Untitled offers some ways to get feedback from your customers:
- Have a feedback button (if your company has a website)
- Keep your friends close - You should also ask people who like your company and everything it does for their feedback
- Survey - take regular surveys of random amounts of customers
- Send a quick “How are we doing?” survey

Gathering feedback is great. Acting on that feedback for the betterment of your company and customers is divine.
