
Alas! Two good customer service stories two days in a row :) That may be a first for this blog... Today's story comes from a colleague here at KnowMoreMedia.com, James Clark of Bizimpresario.com. Here's a snippet of his story:
"...the customer service rep who told me immediately upon hearing my story that they apologize for the inconvenience and will replace the checks free of charge.
Also, note that it only took me pressing one button on the call to get to a live voice too.
