The Power Of One at Technorati
So, there's been a bit of chatter in the blogosphere about Technorati technorati.gifthese days - especially in regards to customer service.  Marianne Richmond talks about her experiences over at blogher.org, particularly about Janice of Technorati:

" I would also like to add that Janice has also proven once again,  the power one person has within an organization  to shape, define, or change customer perceptions of the entire organization by providing exceptional, reliable and consistent customer service."

I don't have my 2 cents to put in about service over at Technorati, although I haven't had anything to complain about....yet.  You can enter your comments at "Put your 2cents in-what's Technorati worth -without Janice".

I think that with any new business there's going to be tremendous pressure to make everything work, especially for a business like Technorati that's probably growing by the tens of thousands.  Any internet-based business is going to have those computer-based growing pains.  There'll be kinks in the systems and dozens of emails to answer - comes with the territory.

From what I read at Successful Blog, Technorati seems to be getting it right...
