Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Imagine being able to send a text message to all your customers' cell phones letting them know right away about any sales or promotions you might be having.  It's called "SMS", or Short Messaging Service - similar to instant messaging via a mobile phone, and it's a service that some companies have began using to connect with customers. 

I found out about this through the CRM Blog.   I have actually used this in my personal life - sending a text message to a friend from my computer to their cell phone - but I never thought to incorporate this type of communication into my business. Hmmm...great idea!  Of course, I would need to get permission from my customers do something like this.  We'll see!
