
I revisited Shep Hyken's blog today and checked out his websites:
Hyken.com and TheCustomerFocus.com. Shep offers customer service seminars and has many articles on customer service for your reading pleasure!
In today's blog post, Shep tells us about an experience with a shipping company which was not so favorable. He soliticits our opinion as to what we would do if we were in his situation.
If a company refuses to reimburse me for costs I incurred due to their mistake - and they admit it was their mistake - I would probably no longer do business with them. But then, I do believe in giving people a second chance. So, it's a tough call...
