My Question For Carl's Jr. Part 2

Remember when I emailed Carl's Jr to ask them:carls jr.jpg

What is your customer service policy?

I received this email back from them:

Dear Ms. Palma:

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us.

We have forwarded your message to the appropriate department for their
review.  However, we do not have any further information for you at
this time.

Please feel free to contact us again at any time.

Sincerely,

Kate

I thought it was a simple enough question, but somehow it was interpreted as a complaint on my behalf.  I receive a phone call from Linda Juarez (I forgot her title) yesterday asking if I had a problem with a recent visit in one of the restaurants.  She informed me that she had received an email from the Vice President of Operations regarding the matter.

I told Ms. Juarez that there must have been some misunderstanding because I simply just wanted to know what Carl's Jr customer service policy is.  I guess I should have been more detailed when I contacted them the first time.

Ms. Juarez informed me that they "are definitely there to please our customers".  I was impressed that she took the time to call me instead of sending me a scripted email.

I'm a big time fan of your food. However the store I normally stop at which is on the cornor of Harbor and Mac Carthur in the city of Santa Ana Ca has so many Illeagal day workers standing in your parking lot I will no longer go there. Please clear your property of these people so I can again enjoy your restarant. Thank you

what is with your adv agency?I became disturbed when you used that pervert heffner in your ads and instead of getting better, they get worse! however, this latest one is just plain sick!!! Your adv budget must be really bad if this is all they can come up with. I dont't think I could ever eat another thing at carls jr without thinking about this gross ad soooo i guess i won't be eating there again. sorry, sincerely. ps this is a small town. I'm afraid if many people think as I do,our local cj will be in trouble.

hey,
do the managers have to share their pay check and what is their hourly wage of all the employes.

To Whom It May Concern,
Today Carls Jr. located on 510 N. San Jacinto St. of Hemet, CA was not 100% accurate as the sticker on the bag claims, as a matter of fact, it wasn't very accurate at all, I ordered 1 Small Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger Combo, 1 Small Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich Combo, and 1 Small 5 Taquitos Combo. I ordered a take out so I could eat at home and when I got home I took our meals out of the bag and there was only 1 out of 2 fries and I noticed about halfway through eating that I didn't get my Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger but instead a Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger, I was not about to use more gas and drive all the way back to Carls Jr. and wait for another to be made because I was really hungry, but that's not all, I shared my fries with my girlfriend since we only got one and we both noticed that the fries tasted like they might have made contact with Bleach or something, it tasted chemically, so we threw them away. In addition the beverages had no carbonation but I was able to notify your employees before we got our order and we recieved better beverages. I'm not as angry as I am disappointed, I would consider myself a frequent customer and usually enjoy eating at Carls Jr. but after today I feel that something should be done about this situation. My order number was 408446, I paid a total of $18.93. My receipt asks "did our star shine for you?", after today I'd have to say if your star was an actual star in the sky it would be the dullest. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaints and I will be expecting to hear back from you.
Sincerely, Aaron C.
