If you had told me six months ago that I would be blogging about customer service, I probably would have laughed at you for saying that. Which goes to show that you just never know what life will bring you. That job you have right now is preparing you for future endeavors, you just haven't realized it yet. I've learned in my career that no effort goes by without some kind of future benefit.
When I left Nordstrom last year I swore that I would never work in retail again. Little did I know or realize that in going into business for myself that I would still be doing just that - "customer service".
Funny how life works out...I would have never guessed that I would be combining my passion for writing with something I did for so many years. But what better person to do it?
You could say that I was put here to share my experiences and knowledge. It's in sharing my "truths" that I find true joy.
