
Earlier I talked about love and passion for your job... Well, I just came across a passage in Brian Tracy's Getting Rich Your Own Way that complements what I said about love. You could call this a continuation of his wise words from yesterday...
The heading is titled, Love Your Customers. There's that word love again! Very fitting for today's theme, eh?

top priority. In a successful business, everyone in the business thinks about creating, serving, and satisfying customers all day long....the key people love their customers. They think about their customers day and night. They see themselves as personal representatives or agents of their customers, working on the customers' behalf.
