
I'm a huge fan of The Apprentice. In fact, I even went to one of their
"tryouts" last year. Needless to say, I didn't make the cut. :)
Because I'm on a TV fast for the month - meaning that I am banning TV - I was unable to catch this week's episode. It just so happens that one of the big lessons learned during this week's task was customer service. Thankfully, I came upon Cromely's blog where he gives us a great synopsis of each episode because I don't have any friends who watch the show! Boy, how did we get by without blogs?
