Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

We're each given twenty-four hours each day.  No more, no less.  And the majority of people work about eight hours a day.  For those who work in customer service, you are given eight hours each day to offer phenomenal service. 

Kevin Eikenberry says "There are opportunities for great Customer Service everywhere."

I know some of us like attention and want to be in the spotlight.  Wouldn't it be awesome to be recognized as a superstar?  Or better yet, a celebrity?  Well, in customer service you have that opportunity in those 480 minutes a day that you "work". 

I can just picture you now...walking down the street while the paparazzi hounds you wanting to know where a customer service superstar shops and eats.
