
When women receive a gift from their boyfriend or husband that's in a
small square box, you can see their eyes light up even before they open the gift. It's amazing how such a little thing can make someone that happy. Well, it's the same for your customers - it's the little things that you do for them that count.
When I was paying for my purchase at the bead store the other day, the owner of the store gave me a free beaded bracelet to show his thanks. It was something small, but I certainly appreciated the gesture.
