
Today I visited my favorite fast food place, In-N-Out, after a little hiatus. I was dissatisfied with my last visit, which was the first incident with them.
However, all is forgiven. I understand that the experience just isn't going to be there 100% of the time. That's part of life. That's part of being human. Mistakes happen.
What I wouldn't have forgiven - if the service was horrible every other time I ate there. But this was just one incident in about 100+ visits.
Sometimes we just need to forgive, let it go, and move on with life. Forgive other people for their mistakes, forgive them for their lack of compassion, and forgive them for not meeting your expectations. Don't waste your energy holding a grudge against a company.
There's someone else out there who's waiting to give you that fantastic service. There's a company waiting with open arms....
