If you don't mind, I'm going to take a little break from writing about customer service to tell you that...

One of my greatest joys in life is being a part of the Know More Media network of bloggers. (I've said that quite a few times here, I know - can't help it!)  Not only have I learned that writing is one of my truest passions, but I've also met many like-minded individuals who are most inspiring in many ways.
