Well, I think I'll share a good customer service story since I haven't come across any in the past couple days...

I know we're all a little leary of shopping online, especially on Ebay.com because of horror stories we've read or heard.  This particular transaction was my first ebay purchase in about five years.  I was hesitant, but I checked out the feedback rating and the seller had received 99.9% positive feedback, so I figured I'd be OK.  My advice:  Always check the seller's feedback rating before shopping...

I placed my order for a few jewelry making items on Monday night and emailed the seller to make sure she received my payment. Cherrie responded to my email very quick and three days later received my order wrapped in a nice little jewelry bag.
