Customer Service Tips For Ebay Sellers

Ebay is a huge portal for buyers and sellers of just about anything you can think of.  As the number of sellers grow on Click here for your favorite eBay itemsEbay, it's vital to have a customer service strategy put in place before you even start selling because we all know that customer service is the key to success, right?  Competition on Ebay is fierce so the only way you're ever going to stand out is to provide exceptional service!

Craig Friesen offers some tips to Ebay sellers in a post titled "Why Good Customer Service on eBay is Good Business":

" Good customer service on eBay is simply good business. Just like "word of mouth" reputation with offline businesses, your customer service rating on eBay can help you make sales. If you are honest in your description of the product, are courteous and open in your communication, do not overcharge on shipping, and offer (and honor) a return policy then your customer service rating will go up."
