It's interesting to me that she says this:
"customer service is still a weird concept in the Arab World at large..."
I would have never thought to use "weird concept" to describe customer service, but yet it is true. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept to most, yet we're doing it all the time.
Just something to chew on...
