Last month I talked about my dream car, the Audi A8, and announced
that I was looking for feedback on Audi's service. Well, looks like I'm not alone in my search. Steve Castledine is also on the hunt for Audi customer service reviews. In Steve's neck of the woods, the Audi salespeople are "slack" and do not call when they say they will.
If I was a car salesperson and my paycheck depended on selling a car, you best believe I'm calling people back! 1 + 1 = 2. Calling people
back + selling car = paycheck. Simple math, don't you agree?
Audi customer service reviews, anyone? Also, do you have a math problem you need answered?

I sold Audi's for a while in the Chicagoland area. If a sales person doesn't call you back, then go to a different dealer. Simple. The hard part is these days making $100 commission on an $75,000 car that takes 2 hours just to demonstrate the gadgets make it harder these days and shifts the focus to the person in the showroom ready to buy right now. Not saying this is the right way, but it is how it works in the car business where commissions are low.
