Paul Allen of MyFamily.com posted "Remembering to Be a Lovecat", and
has reaffirmed his committment to helping other entrepreneurs succeed in their businesses. It certainly is a great reminder to rethink our goals and motivations and why we start a business in the first place.
Of course, we all want to make money, but more important than that is, what value or service are you going to provide that can help others in their own lives? We were all born to help others. Watching others succeed and be happy gives you that "warm and fuzzy" feeling inside, doesn't it? Feeling good about helping others and being of value to the company and community - isn't that more important than money? Intelligent and successful business people will tell you, "Yes".
Money will never buy you happiness...helping others will.
