
In the ever-changing world of business (gosh, what's not changing
nowadays?), I've said time and time again that you have to stand out from the crowd. In terms of customer service, this idea of standing out is needed now more than ever. Not too many companies are wowing us these days, so why not be the first to claim to be The One?
I share my sentiments with Seth Godin, who I've talked about on a number of occasions here. (Visit: Wow Your Customers With Your "Purple Cow" for more reading) His ideas about marketing are spreading like wildfire. In reference to an article in Korea about him, Seth says, " I had no idea it might lead to this."
And who, I ask, is going to be the purple cow of customer service?
