This morning I attended a business presentation put on by Antares Corporation, a company that specializes in vending. I went with hubby because it's something he's wanted to do for quite some time now and I wanted to show my support.
I learned quite a bit about the company during the two hour presentation. It wasn't one of those sales pitches where they showed a long, drawn-out video of testimonials. They were very straightforward in their information. What I really noticed was that the presenter kept stressing the importance of customer service. During the presentation she said this about five times:
"It's the service that you give your customer and the relationships that you build that will determine your success. People like to do business with people they like."
I got the message!
