Have you ever had a conflict with a coworker? Did you notice how this affected the level of service you provided the customer?
When there is unresolved conflict between coworkers, it can lead to stress and in turn the the customer receives less than quality service.
So, how do you deal when there's tension between you and a co-worker? Here's my advice:
- If you start to feel angry about what a co-worker says to you, take a few deep breaths before you respond. This will put you in a calmer state of mind.
- Instead of snapping back at someone, try empathizing and showing a little understanding. Not everyone is perfect - and we all can't agree on everything. Show the person that you hear what they say even though you don't necessarily agree with them.
Good, positive energy within the company will spread to your customers!

Agree, if we have a good relation with coworker or other worker at our company, this will give a spirit to get the better output for servant the customer.
