It was another trip to Target (three times in the last four days!) - this time on the hunt for printer ink. I got sidetracked as usual in that store and ended up in the prepaid cell phone aisle where an associate and another customer were discussing the different cell phone companies...
"I've heard that T-Mobile is the best," the associate said.
"Yes, I've heard that T-Mobile has the best customer service," I chided in.
"Hmmm..." the other customer said as she picked up the T-Mobile phones. After more contemplating and question-asking, she decided to sign up with the company whose minutes don't expire. Apparently, T-Mobile prepaid minutes expire after 90 days! Now, why is that?
