Companies are pouring out tons of dollars to improve their customer service initiatives. All this money is spent, yet they still don't see any increase in sales.

How do you give them that "wow" experience?
The only way to give them that wow experience each and every time a customer does business with you is to hire people who are passionate, motivated, and inspired by the work they do. Hire enthusiastic individuals who truly care about the company, its vision, and who most of all - truly care about the customer. Pretend that your customer is royalty. What would you do if the Prince of England came into your store or called your company? Go above and beyone the call of duty. Act like someone just gave you a million dollars. It's that excitement that comes out of you that gets your customers excited.
