Leo of the Customer Service Reader introduced me to Squidoo.com squidoo.gifyesterday.  So I created my own customer service lens and now I'm hooked on Squidoo...  Thanks, Leo!

The Customer Service Reader at Squidoo is ranked one of the Top 100 Lenses at Squidoo.  It's no wonder - wow - what a load of information!  I wasn't quite sure where to start, I wanted to read everything.  You can read a ton of customer service articles, customer service quotes, plus it offers a multitude of links to other blogs on customer service.
