With recent lawsuits like the Netflix throttling case, it's made me weary about dealing with companies that use the word "unlimited" in their advertising. Being the cautious person that I am, I usually do read "the fine print" when I'm committing myself to a service for a long term period.
Do you normally read a company's "terms and conditions" or service level agreements? Like I said, I do if it's a service in which I'm tied down to for a given time, like cell phone service, web hosting, etc. But some "terms and conditions" are about a mile long! Does anybody have the time?
