
I just came across Michael Creasy's blog where he tells us his experience with American Express's online services. I'm absolutely shocked when he calls to get help with a foreign currency order placed online and the lady in India who takes his call says, "We don't have any customer service".
What?
Nobody seems to have an answer for Michael and they gets this same line, "Nothing I can do sir, I'll forward your complaint and someone might call you back in 10 business days".
Someone MIGHT call you back? You've got to be kidding me!
At that time I may have written a nasty letter to American Express and cut up my cards with them. (Thank God I don't do any business with them!)
Don't you think if you pay $27.95 for a service that you would get just that - service? I know it doesn't cost $27.95 in stamps just to mail paper!
