Dealing with cell phone companies' customer service is like gambling in
Vegas. Sometimes you get great service and sometimes you get not so great service. What it boils down to is who you talk to and how they're feeling that day. Sad fact, but it's true.
I've read many complaints about Sprint customer service, but I've actually had fairly good experiences with them. When I first signed up with Sprint, a very helpful and patient young lady by the name of Lisa answered all my questions with a smile on her face despite the long line waiting to be helped. She didn't rush me and even commented on how most people in California seem to always be in a rush. (She had just moved to San Diego from upstate New York).
The few times I had to call Sprint customer service were very favorable. It's the actual phone service that was questionable. I had many dropped calls which was quite frusterating, but hey - technology isn't perfect.
