Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

I'm a big fan of basketball.... I used to play on the varsity team in high school.  I've learned many lessons about life from basketball and playing sports in general.  One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that winning takes effort from the whole team, not just one player. 

The same goes for customer service and business.  Providing exceptional customer service requires team effort.  You can read evidence of this in a past post about my experience at Black Angus.  If everybody on the team has the same attitude, vision, and goals for the company, things will run more smoothly and more points (dollars) will be scored.
