- Honesty is not only the best policy, it's the only policy
- Survey the landscape.
- Their cause is your cause. Join it.
- Listen. Always.
- Share. A lot.
- Drive the process, but stop for directions
- Walk a mile
- Learn to take a good beating
- It's your family - fight for it, defend it
My favorite piece of advice is the first one on the list - honesty in all dealings is the only way to do business!
