Yeah! Another run-in of great customer service :) The author of Motorcyclebloggers.com suggests buying from Newenough.com for your motorcycle gear:

I visited New Enough's website and was impressed with their return policy:

Others stores may have a bit lower price on some things, but check their terms before you buy...very few can match our service and terms. And nothing can spoil a buying experience like having to pay extra money to some companies that charge up to 20% to exchange/return. Even with our vendor-direct items, all returns come back to us for hassle-free processing.
I have come to find that many companies charge this "restocking fee" which I think is nonsense. It's nice to know that there are people out there who still believe in offering true service.
