I saw an Enterprise Rent-A-Car commercial today and I'm reminded of 
the great service they've always given to me. First off, they'll pick you up from home or work. No other car rental company offers this type of service - that I know of. Second, most of the offices offer coffee and/or donuts (free food is a bid deal for me!) Third, they offer great weekend specials!
In my last experience with them I had called and received a quote for a car, however when I got down to the office, they quoted me a higher price. I told the person helping me that I was quoted a lower price, so he ended up having to give me a car for the price I was quoted over the phone. Also, A few years ago I had reserved a car with Enterprise over the phone, but when I went in to pick it up, they had no record of the reservation. They gave me a van for the price of an economy car!
Enterprise gets my thumbs up :)
