Firstly, airtel has by far the worst connections today. I am unable to send sms', but i can make and receive calls. Please explain why. And i'm able to receive messages. Airtel is the height of annoyance these days. Customer care numbers, dont let me reach customer care. you're crappy recorded messages are what we get instead. I had taken an airtel data card (99725 32787) during September 2007 and requested that my statements be sent to my residence address at Hebbal. However I havent received even one single statement till date and I have always taken trouble to go to airtel outlet at Koramangala 5th block and make payments promptly and to avoid late payments as well.

I have also raised this issue twice and gave a written complaint as well but the manager at that outlet threw it in the dust bin right in front of me. This clearly is not acceptable from service, ethical, business, humanity perspectives. This also clearly depicts airtel's incompetency to carry on existing and any further business at a local and global level as well.

If aritel wishes to increase tariff rates I am sure it can do so and customers would not really mind paying more but this approach of not sending statements and deliberately collecting late payment fees is pathetic and a cheap business strategy which I am sure would not be practised by any business/organization in any part of the world.

I am sure this will just be another comment on your reviews but I somehow feel there is at least one sane person working at airtel in India who would at least look into this. If you read this completely you are definitely meeting customer expectations and any action on this from your side would be a "customer delight". You are an innovation to the service Industry :-)

i (Ansuman Satpathy)is having a prepaid connection of airtel from last one an a half year the number of which is given below. the reason of writing this is some of the agents of your office are doing fraud in case of collecting money for different reasons such as pre to post migration and so .i myself is a victim of that. one agent of yours named aslam came to my place to collect documents and 600/- ruppess cash in order to get my number converted to postpaid .this happened after a talk with one of your executive via phone to do the same .After recieving the documents and money from me the executive said that they generally dont provide with any repiect for the same and what he can provide me with is only a copy of the application form.he has colleceted this on 3rd dec 07 that is on monday and after waiting back for 10 days on 15th dec 07 when i went to ur communication centre they told me that its a fraud that happened.
the question is not of 600 hundred bugs the main thing is there should be some kind of security that might lead to both customer satisfaction as well as mutual faith .i have given the request for another pre to post migration on 15th itself .but please do the needful to trace the person or the share holders to be a little trust worthy.i believe you people will take care of the same and revert back to me as soon as possible.enclosed with a soft copy of the form that your agent has given me having his and his offices number on it .

i requested for the airtel 1323 internet plan.& asked from one of your customer care employee tht is there is any hidden cost apart from that & she replied NO.i again asked the same question because i know that company actually says that u have to pay only this much but actually u have to pay more than that.but the answer was same NO.
But when my bill came it was 1472.when i call to custemer care- the answer was that additionl 162 rs. tax is also included.then i asked to that employee that u said me earlier that only 1323 rs. charged &u not informed me abt this tax.he replied everybody knows that tax were charged.now i want to ask one question to u that if suppose i am a new user of airtel so how i know that.this is completly a case of fraud or giving wrong info.
the next incident happen with me is that i requested for 300rs.landline instrument exchanged.&wnted to activate caller ID in that.one of ur custmer care employee said that u have to pay no charges for that but when bill came the charges of id was there.again i suffer frm wrong info.

This is Mr.Roopal and my Airtel number is +91 9972021499 .I have already submitted my request for changing my connection which is currently postpaid to prepaid and the formalities for the same has been done long back.Your executive has also promised that the job would be completed as soon as i make my next payment and i would retain the same number without replacing the sim.Its been quite a long time since your executive got back to me regarding this issue . This morning i visited the Airtel outlet in Rajajinagar opposite to Navrang theatre to get my problem solved but to my surprise i found out that the procedure is totally different .As per the executives there i was told that i would have to replace my sim and the activation the
same would take 4/5 working days which is much more on a higher side when compared to the promise made by the
executive who visited me earlier.I am totally confused with the whole procedure and i am not happy with the service in the outlet or the response i got from the executive who attended me . I have been associated with Airtel for more than 5 years and i have never had any issues for the last 4 years .From the past 1 year i have been experiencing a very bad response from the company .Eversince i got my new number i have been facing problems from the same outlet wich i have mentioned earlier.Every second Customer walks out with a dissappointment on his face from that outlet. I too felt the same when the executive told me that the stock
of sim cards are out of stock and this was not the first time i got to hear the same problem. I myself
have faced this problem quite a few times.I am sorry to say this, if not attended to my problem at the earliest i would like to discontinue my 5 year old relationship with Airtel.Waiting for a fast and positive response.
