
In an effort to improve service to its customers, Comcast, a cable, internet, and phone services company, will be adding 60 more customer service positions to its new Northern California facility. The new facility will be housed near Arco Arena in Sacramento, California. The expansion is due to increased demand for Comcast's services.
"The facility is just replacing an older facility and streamlining some things," he said. "And we're bringing on people to improve customer-response time and service," said Bryan Byrd, a Comcast spokesman.*
