The fact this is all under written by the IT industry, I will hold my breath as to their accuracy on assesments and crm definitions. Their best practices models don't even come close to supporting business issues or customer service and management for that matter. This is true in all customer centered policies.
Their vision is in how their goals serve the IT industries definition of development and implementation. Usually found out near pluto somewhere and rarely on earth where real businesses perform.
The CRM Guru is rather misplaced in their assumptions on customer management as well so this forum should run the same.
However, it is good to note that the Chinese are wakeing up with a new vision no matter how misleading it usually is.
