Being Positive and Creating Positive Experiences

I just came across a great article called "Enhance Your Customer Experience" that gives us some pointers on how to create a great experience for your customers.

·  A positive attitude makes change
·  Positive thinking is chock-full of benefits

          -higher energy levels
          -stronger immune systems
          -tend to live longer
·  No one likes you when you're grumpy

The key to achieving a pleasant and smooth interaction with all customers is to always maintain a positive attitude.  They say it takes 21 days to develop a habit.  Each day strive to be positive and look for the good in all things.  Before you know it, you'll start attracting all kinds of positive things into your life - and not just with customers :)
