Connect with other professionals in customer service through the International Customer Service Association (ICSA). Currently there are fifteen chapters of the ICSA in the U.S. and Canada with the headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Membership costs $245 a year.
ICSA offers a plethora of resources including articles, reports on industry trends, technology, and newsletters. There are also two certification programs, Through the Customer's Eyes Program and Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) Program.
